Attendees upvote the questions they want answered, so the vote count shows the moderator which topics the room is behind.

Optional AI introduction

Can attendees ask questions anonymously?
Yes. An attendee chooses whether to attach a name, and an anonymous question is moderated just like a named one.
Do questions appear to the audience automatically?
Not when moderation is on. With moderation switched on, every question is reviewed before it appears, so nothing reaches the audience or the speakers until someone has approved it. Moderation is a setting you turn on for an event, not something that is always running.
How does the host know which questions matter most?
Attendees upvote the questions they want answered, and the moderator sees the counts as they change. Ordering them is the moderator's call. Each question can then be marked as answered so the same one is not read out twice.
